(1) After receiving an application for an insurance agent's license according to rule 19, the committee shall check whether the applicant has met the qualifications according to rule 21 and register him as an insurance agent in the registration book according to schedule-8.
(2) After the applicant's name has been registered in the registration book according to sub-rule (1), the committee shall take a fee of five hundred rupees from the applicant for the insurance agent's license and issue the insurance agent's license to him in the format as per Schedule-9, clearly mentioning the insurance business in which he is entitled to work as an insurance agent. .
